Terms and Conditions
Rental Period: 4 days
Day 1-2: Final Fitting and Pick-up
Day 3: Event Date
Day 4: Return Date
Additional Days: A fee of Php 500.00 per day per item will be applied for late returns.
Security Deposit
Php 2,000.00 for long gowns and cocktail dresses
Php 3,000.00 for ball gowns
This will be returned in full once the gown is returned on time, and it’s original undamaged condition.
The receipt must be presented to claim the refund (photo accepted).
Reservation
To secure your reservation, a minimum downpayment of 50% of the total amount is required. Full payment is also accepted.
Damage & Loss
Minimal damage: Repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
Severe damage or loss: The full replacement cost of the gown will be charged to the renter.
Cancellation
Please be advised that if you cancel your reservation, the downpayment will be forfeited. No refunds will be offered.
Exchange
Gown exchanges are permitted until one (1) month before the scheduled event. In cases where the replacement gown is of lower value, the price difference will not be refunded.
Cleaning
For minor dirt, Velisse Team will take care of the cleaning at no additional cost.
For excessive staining or dirt, an additional cleaning fee will apply.
Pickup & Return Schedule
Pick-up and return transactions are available during store hours: 10:00AM to 7:00PM daily. Closed for lunch break: 12:00PM to 1:00PM.
Shipping
Shipping for both delivery and return of the gown will be arranged and shouldered by the customer. Any remaining balance must be settled before pickup.
For deliveries outside NCR / Batangas / Cavite / Laguna:
Standard rental period is 4 days.
An additional 2-5 days advance shipping allowance (depending on location) is required to ensure the gown arrives on time.
A fee of Php 500.00 per additional day will be applied.
The gown must be sent for return shipment on the scheduled return date, late returns incur Php 500.00 per day per item.
