Renting from Velisse Gowns is simple and stress-free. Just follow these easy steps:

• Browse Our Collection – Explore our stunning selection of gowns, including Long Gowns, Cocktail Dresses, Ball Gowns, and Wedding Gowns.
• Select Your Dress – Choose the perfect gown for your occasion. Be sure to check size availability and the dates you'll need the dress.
• Book & Pay – Reserve your gown through our seamless online booking system.
• Delivery & Wear – Receive your gown on time, and wear it for your special event.
• Return – Simply send the dress back after your event using our prepaid return label.

RENTAL PERIOD
Pick up: 1-2 days before the event. Return: 1-2 days after the event.
Late returns: A fee of Php 100 per day will be applied for late returns.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A Php 500.00 refundable security deposit is required. This will be returned in full once the gown is
returned on time, and it’s original undamaged condition.

REFUND
The deposit refund will be processed via GCash within 24 hours after the gown has been inspected.

DAMAGE & LOSS
Minimal damage: Repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
Severe damage or loss: The full replacement cost of the gown will be charged to the renter.

CANCELLATION
Please be advised that if you cancel your reservation, the downpayment will be forfeited.
However, we allow change of items 7 days before the event date.

CLEANING
For minor dirt, Velisse Team will take care of the cleaning at no additional cost.
For excessive staining or dirt, an additional cleaning fee will apply.

PRESENTATION The renters are responsible for carefully ironing the gowns, if needed.

SHIPPING
Shipping costs for both sending and returning the gown will be shouldered by the customer.
